Academy Fiveply: advanced technology and refined design. Every piece of the collection – perfect from the phase of baking to the “serving on table” – has a three-layer wall steel/aluminium/steel. The first layer - outside- is in 18/10 stainless steel, the intermediate layer – in aluminium - to have an optimal heat conduction, the third layer – the internal one – is in stainless steel. On the bottom, layers become 5 (fiveply) thanks to the heat diffuser of steel-aluminium; solutions that help you to get a perfect heat diffusion both in the wall and at the bottom with the highest hygiene and duration. It is provided with lid.
