Tomato puree with love!
This tomato squeezer is on the top among these products. Its structure, combined with the power of the engine, make it suitable for to tackle easily demanding and prolonged workings. The body and the propeller (the cochlea) are made of tinned iron; the hopper, the collector and the crankcase are made of stainless steel 18/10 (AISI-304). The base is stainless steel (AISI-430) as well as the sneeze guard. The motor asynchronous and single-phase from 220 V 50 Hz, has a switch that allows the reverse rotation when you use the tomato squeezer as a meat mincer (the meat grinder is optional accessory). The assembly and disassembly are simple and intuitive and it is easy to cleaning.
