The chinoise is a thin mesh strainer  able for filtering broth or soup. It is named chionise for its similarity with the classic straw hat of Chinese peasants. It is also named the cornet, and it  is a simple but indispensable tool for lovers of good kitchen. Its structure is completely made with stainless steel.
